The primary **stability mechanism**. Algorithmic contract that guarantees the parity of the $BBLY stablecoin through Mint/Burn and manages the central Treasury.

Deflationary reward token, earned through high-skill gameplay and burned by BubbleBank fees.
Governance Link: Fees generated in $BBLY by the BubbleBank directly fund the Revenue Share for $AGD stakers.
